3rd & Broadway Promenade is a Gensler designed, 171-unit apartment and 75-key hotel development centrally located in the heart of the multibillion-dollar Orange County Civic Center Master Plan TOD in Downtown Santa Ana

One Broadway Plaza, also located in the Orange County Civic Center Master Plan TOD, will be the largest, tallest and most sustainable 700,000 SF, 37-story, mixed-use multifamily residential superstructure in the history of Orange County, towering 500’ above the plaza.

625 North Grand is a Gensler designed, 500,000 SF mixed-use residential and office development that is located on the 114-year-old Orange County Register corporate headquarters site where Mr. Harrah already secured Amazon as a lead occupier. This development is located across the street from the $600 Million OC Streetcar Light Rail.

The 3rd and Broadway Promenade, One Broadway Plaza and 625 North Grand have transformed Downtown Santa Ana into a Transit Oriented District with Orange County’s only 20-hour, vertical urbanization core city.

The Pinnacle Honolulu is an exclusive 35-story luxury condominium tower in the heart of downtown. Each home at Pinnacle is either a half-floor or full floor and is serviced by a private elevator entry which set a new standard for high-rise residential development on the island.
