Mike has been credited with having the vision to help build a master-planned resort in Lake Havasu, Arizona, and with helping to revitalize downtown Santa Ana, Calif., after he purchased buildings in the district and filled them with art galleries, restaurants, and a performing arts center.<\/h5>\n
